At completion of the online WAVES recruitment kit, the next critical thing is the clear A-Z onboarding workflow that takes a trainer from Administrative Approval to Completing their First Live Training Session.
This process ONLY begins after a prospective trainer completes the full online documentation.

Outcome: Approved / Pending / Declined
Trainer Approval Email Issued
Once approved, admin sends:
- Official Acceptance Letter
- Trainer ID Number
- Onboarding next steps checklist
- Support contact channel
Trainer becomes an Official WAVES Trainer Partner.
Account & Partner System Activation
Partner Track Setup
Two Entry Paths:
Trainer activates the $9.99 Premium Private Account to unlock:
- Dedicated Referral link
- 10% subscription commission
- 5% discount for their users
- Streaming eligibility on songs created via premium units
- Eligibility to earn $1.00 per confirmed creator trained
- Eligibility to earn $1.00 per every 1000 stream shares
- Prospects to become Willsrecord Ambassador after 1,000 trained participants attained
Trainer receives:

Technical Readiness Check
Trainer confirms:

Practice Run (Internal Rehearsal)
Trainer performs a 15-minute dry run:
- Opening script
- Studio walkthrough
- Publishing demo
- Closing CTA
Admin signs off readiness.

Practical Publishing Requirement
For $1.00 [or the $0.05] creator bonus eligibility, participants must:
- Be newly subscribed or renewed
- Create a complete song
- Publish during the live session window

Trainer submits simple report:

- Total new subscribed creators

Trainer First Session Certification
Trainer receives:

Payout Activation & Monthly Operations

Payout Rules (American Paycheck Model):
